The AMiT powerful distributed control system (ACASYS CS) controls all technical equipment in the rolling stock. This robust and temperature-durable system fulfils all extreme requirements for operating the rolling stock in accordance with EN 50155.

The data exchange between the CPU and I/O units runs on a CAN bus that has wide range of connection variability and excellent communication diagnostics. It is extremely varied and I/O modules can be added according to the types and the number of signals required. That makes this system extremely versatile and a comprehensive solution for controlling a wide range of railway applications.

The unique system of configuring the I/O nodes geographically makes it possible to replace the module quickly and to eliminate faulty wiring. Vehicle control units are programmed in a TrolStudio development environment.

The Modular Subrack Control System RAVA is designed to implement TCMS in rolling stock. There are wide series of cards with digital or analogue inputs/outputs. Communication to train bus networks provides CPU card with a variety of communication lines (Ethernet, MVB, WTB, CAN).

An important feature of the sub rack design is a possibility of redundancy of power supplies, CPUs, and all I/O cards to increase the reliability of the system.

RRC-xxx are remote I/O units designed and optimized to control rolling stock. Units communicate with other parts of TCMS through CANopen DS 401 protocol. The units meet the requirements of EN 50155 (Electronic equipment used on rolling stock) class TX.

The CAN connectors are concatenated (simpler cabling). The RRC-KM plug-in module is used to adjust the rate of communication and the unit address. This can be a part of cabling (the providing so-called node geographic configuration). This solution minimizes mistakes in the unit configuration when servicing or making a replacement. The signal connectors used are of the type WAGO X-COM.

The RV-PWxxx power supply cards are designated for power supply of the RAVA Modular (Subrack) Control System, which is designed to realize train control systems in rolling stock. The power supply is intended to power all kind of the subrack cards (the CPU, WTB and I/O cards etc.).

RRE-xxx are remote input/output units, designed and optimized for use on rolling stock. The units communicate other parts of TCMS through Ethernet protocol. RRE-xxx units are designed and certified to use in rolling stock and meets the requirement of ČSN EN 50155 standard (electronic equipment of rolling stock) class T3, with extended operating temperature lower range to -40°C.

RRFSxx units are designated to protect electrical circuits of rolling stock and provide actual fuse status information to the vehicle control system. Each fuse status is read by internal electronics. This information together with supplementary universal inputs/outputs is controlled by vehicle control system via communication line. For this communication is used CAN interface with CANopen DS 401 protocol. The units meet the requirements of EN 50155 (Electronic equipment of rolling stock) class TX and related standards.

CAN connectors are concatenated (simpler cabling). Unit network address is set by wiring on power supply connector (geographic configuration). This solution allows simple unit configuration during potential service or exchange. The signal connectors as well as power supply connector are WAGO type X-COM.

The modular subrack control system RAVA is designed to implement TCMS in rolling stock. CPU units provide backbone communication of each subrack to various communication lines (Ethernet, MVB, CAN, WTB, TRDP), while at the same time the individual types of communication can be arbitrarily combined.

An important feature of the subrack design is a possibility of redundancy of power supplies, CPUs, and all I/O cards to increase the reliability of the system.
