AMiT výkonný distribuovaný řídicí systém zabezpečuje řízení všech technologií kolejových vozidel. Robustní a teplotně odolný systém dle EN 50155 vyhovuje všem extrémním provozním podmínkám na železnici a v kolejové dopravě.

Základem výměny dat mezi CPU a V/V jednotkami je datová sběrnice CAN s velkou flexibilitou propojení a diagnostiky problémů v komunikaci. Velká variabilita a možnost úpravy V/V modulů v závislosti na požadovaných typech a množství signálů dělá z tohoto systému zcela univerzální a komplexní řešení řízení pro široké spektrum drážních aplikací.

Unikátní systém geografické konfigurace V/V uzlu pomáhá rychlé výměně modulů s eliminací chybného zapojení. Řídicí počítače se programují pomocí vývojového nástroje TrolStudio vlastní produkce.

Pro modulární (vanový) řídicí systém RAVA jsou k dispozici různé typy montážních skříní (van). Zvolit lze velikost skříně odpovídající počtu vložených karet systému RAVA (CPU, I/O, napájení). Realizovat tak lze nadřazené řízení v potřebných zástavbových rozměrech v kombinaci s požadavkem na funkci a redundanci systému.

Napájecí zdroje RV-PWxxx jsou určeny pro napájení modulárního (vanového) řídicího systému RAVA, který je určen pro realizaci nadřazeného vlakového řízení v kolejových vozidlech. Napájecí zdroj je určen pro napájení všech druhů karet ve vaně (CPU, vstupně/výstupních karet, WTB karty atd).

V jedné vaně může být osazeno více zdrojů a tím může splnit požadavky na redundanci napájení.

Modulární (vanový) řídicí systém RAVA je určený pro realizaci nadřazeného řízení v kolejových vozidlech. K dispozici je celá řada karet s digitálními, nebo analogovými vstupy/výstupy. Komunikaci do vlakových sběrnic zajišťují CPU karty s množstvím různých komunikačních linek (ethernet, MVB, WTB, CAN).

Důležitou vlastností vanového provedení je možnost redundance napájecích zdrojů, CPU jednotek i všech vstupně/výstupních karet pro zvýšení spolehlivosti celého systému.

Jednotky vzdálených vstupů/výstupů reprezentuje produktová řada RRC-xxx. Jednotky jsou navržené a optimalizované pro řízení kolejových vozidel a komunikují s nadřazeným systémem řízení protokolem CANopen DS 401. Jednotky vyhovují požadavkům ČSN EN 50155 (elektronická zařízení drážních vozidel) třída TX.

Konektory CAN jsou zřetězené (jednodušší provedení kabeláže). Pro nastavení komunikační rychlosti a adresy jednotky slouží zásuvný modul RRC-KM, který může být součástí kabeláže (zajištění tzv. geografické konfigurace uzlu). Toto řešení minimalizuje chybovost v konfiguraci jednotky při případném servisu a výměně. Připojovací konektory pro signály jsou WAGO typ X-COM.

Jednotky vzdálených vstupů/výstupů s ethernetem reprezentuje produktová řada RRE-xxx. Jednotky jsou navržené a optimalizované pro řízení kolejových vozidel a komunikují s nadřazeným systémem řízení prostřednictvím ethernetového rozhraní.

RRE-xxx jsou konstruovány a certifikovány pro použití na kolejových vozidlech a vyhovují požadavkům ČSN EN 50155 (Elektronická zařízení drážních vozidel) třída T3 s rozšířením dolního rozsahu teplot na -40°C.

RRFSxx jsou jednotky určené k jištění elektrických obvodů kolejových vozidel se zpětným čtením stavu jistícího prvku, doplněné o univerzální vstupy/výstupy. Jednotky komunikují s nadřazeným systémem řízení protokolem CANopen DS 401. RRFSxx jsou konstruovány a certifikovány pro použití na kolejových vozidlech a vyhovují požadavkům ČSN EN 50155 (Elektronická zařízení drážních vozidel) třída TX.

Konektory CAN jsou zřetězené (jednodušší provedení kabeláže). Komunikační parametry linky CAN jsou dané programovým vybavením jednotky. Adresa jednotky se nastavuje propojkami v napájecím konektoru (tzv. geografická konfigurace uzlu). Toto řešení minimalizuje chybovost v konfiguraci jednotky při případném servisu a výměně. Připojovací konektory pro signály jsou WAGO typ X-COM.

Modulární (vanový) řídicí systém RAVA je určený pro realizaci nadřazeného řízení v kolejových vozidlech. CPU jednotky zajišťují páteřní komunikaci jednotlivých van po různých komunikačních linkách (Ethernet, MVB, CAN, WTB, TRDP), přičemž jednotlivé typy komunikací lze libovolně kombinovat.

Důležitou vlastností vanového provedení je možnost redundance zdrojů, CPU jednotek i všech vstupně/výstupních karet pro zvýšení spolehlivosti celého systému.
