Dear business partners, dear friends,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

we would like to inform you of an important change regarding the names of our new companies as
part of the acquisition by the CEIP Fund. In the summer of 2022, AMiT spol. s r.o., which develops
products in the field of control systems and automation under the AMiT brand, as well as electronics
for transport, rail and rolling stock, was purchased by the CEIP Fund. For this purpose, two divisions
were established within AMiT – Automation and Transportation. Our aim is to further develop the
activities and strengthen the companies in order to achieve sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In view of the specific focus of the individual divisions, we decided to change the company structure
and names, which came into effect in January 2025. Two separate companies were created,
AMiT Automation s.r.o. and AMiT Transportation s.r.o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New direction and production in Votice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transformation also includes the gradual expansion of production in the newly acquired
Top Power company owned by AMiT Holding spol. s r.o. Our new production company will provide
very modern facilities and additional production capacity needed in future projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questions and answers on changing company names<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the following section, you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding the change
of our company names as part of the acquisition by CEIP, which became effective in January 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Why did the company change its name?<\/strong>
    The company was renamed to better reflect the specific focus and objectives of each AMiT Group
    company. This change is also part of a broader strategy aimed at developing and strengthening the
    activities of our companies, which will contribute to sustainable growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Does this change also imply a change in the terms and conditions for cooperation?<\/strong>
    No, the terms and conditions of cooperation remain unchanged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Is the price policy going to be different?<\/strong>
    No, the price policy is not changing. The prices and conditions previously agreed remain valid even
    after the change of company names.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. What does this mean for AMiT PARTNERS who have cooperated with AMiT spol. s r.o. so far?<\/strong>
    Nothing changes for your company, except for possible updating of contractual documents.
    It will only be necessary to update the contracts where the company name will change.
    All other aspects of the cooperation, such as services and conditions, will remain the same.
    An AMiT Transportation sales representative will contact you at the right time to discuss
    everything with you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
