AMiT, spol. s r.o. is a major contributor to the implementation of the ČD 182 project by supplying its electronics. The project involves 182 new Viaggio Comfort cars of the Siemens Mobility – Škoda Transportation consortium, intended for České Dráhy. AMiT company supplies components for FORCITY SMART trams to Škoda Transportation, which will be operated by Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (Germany). These trams are equipped with the latest information systems, wifi and many other innovations. The trams are barrier-free and their maximum operating speed is 80 kph. Another order for the supply of electronics for metro cars was won by AMiT for the Polish capital of Warsaw, where it will supply electronics for 45 metro trains. The contract includes complete information system for passengers, audio and camera system.
