Development HW and SW
Our company has its own development team that allows us to meet customer requirements down to the last detail while optimally balancing price, quality, and specifications. We develop electronic devices using CAD and electronic design tools.
(schematics, printed circuit boards, preparation of production data) in the Orcad development environment using the PSpice tool for circuit simulation.
Our extensive equipment enables our developers to create designs for all modern communication standards, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers with near-field probes (for analyzing electromagnetic emissions on printed circuit boards), artificial loads, and laboratory power supplies. Among the latest instruments are, for example, an oscilloscope for compliance measurements on high-speed signals up to 13 GHz and a VNA for verifying the properties of designed signal paths.
We have equipped testing laboratories for verifying the electromagnetic properties of designed circuits.
We carry out designs of mechanical parts, 3D modeling in SolidWorks, and the creation of production drawings for individual components for assembling the final product. For visualizing and verifying prototype mechanical parts, we utilize 3D printing.
The entire development team collaborates with the sales team from the very beginning when creating offers for customers, drafting preliminary documentation, 3D models, and consulting the feasibility of customer requirements.
During the delivery of products to customers, the purchasing department plays an integral role in searching for replacements for obsolete components to ensure the longest possible manufacturability of products.
The team is also in close contact with the claims department when addressing repairs, which leads to an improvement in the quality of new product development.
