In-house production is divided into 2 main areas:

• Assembly of printed circuit boards and their commissioning.
• Completion and testing of final products.

The assembly of SMD components on circuit boards takes place on an automatic line that includes a solder paste application machine (Ekra). This is followed by optical inspection SPI (Saki), the next step involves assembly machines (Samsung/Hanwha), and finally, a reflow oven (Heller). Boards equipped with SMD components subsequently undergo thorough optical inspection AOI, and optionally, also X-ray inspection. THT components are assembled using a selective soldering machine (SEHO). Boards intended for rail applications are coated on a specialized coating machine.

The results of each product test are recorded and stored. Only if the final test is satisfactory are reports printed for each production number.

An invaluable service in our production is provided by a 5-axis CNC milling machine (Datron) and a UV printer used for product labeling.
